Empowering FBA:
A Strategic Path to Power
The Foundational Black American (FBA) community has long been the backbone of American progress, from the abolition of slavery to the Civil Rights Movement, proving time and again that we are a community capable of overcoming extraordinary obstacles and effecting change. Yet, despite our resilience, we continue to face systemic challenges that hinder economic, social, and political advancement.
The FBA Power Plan is a strategic blueprint designed to shift the balance of power by leveraging political influence, economic independence, and grassroots mobilization.
For decades, political parties have relied on the Black vote while failing to deliver tangible benefits, practicing benign neglect of the FBA community. This must change.
History proves that power is never given—it must be negotiated and taken through strategic leverage. The purpose of this plan is to:
-
Educate & Mobilize: Provide historical context on how political power has been used against FBA communities, and how it can be reclaimed.
-
Leverage Political Pressure: Use data-driven strategies to hold politicians accountable and extract direct benefits for FBA.
-
Build Economic & Political Infrastructure: Establish independent institutions, PACs (Political Action Committees), and financial networks to sustain long-term FBA power.
-
Negotiate from a Position of Strength: Establish Strategic transactional agreements with other strategic groups (such as women affected by the rollback of DEI and abortion rights, as well as immigrants facing deportations) to create a strategic transactional partnership that demands results.
FBA voters are the deciding factor in presidential elections. Since 2016, the Democrat party has lost 2 out of 3 presidential elections. In both instances, the Democrats lost because they failed to secure the necessary Black Bloc Vote, which produces 80% of Black Women and 80% of Black Men. These percentages fortify the Black Bloc Vote as the Swing Vote for the Democrats in Presidential Elections. These historical voting patterns prove that Democrats cannot win consistently without the Black vote.
Meanwhile, Republicans seek to secure power by disrupting DEI programs, stonewalling immigration reform, and rolling back social protections. Both parties point fingers and blame the other while never taking responsibility, lining their pockets with corporate money.
We must move beyond traditional voting strategies and demand a return on investment for our political capital.
The FBA Power Plan is not about loyalty to a party—it is about securing tangible results that uplift the FBA community and ensure generational prosperity.
Through grassroots mobilization, financial empowerment, and political strategy, we will shape a future where FBA is no longer a political afterthought but a decisive force in shaping America’s policies and future.
Now is the time for the FBA community to rise and reclaim our political power. The FBA Power Plan is the strategy we need—join us in making history.

MISSION

The Blueprint for Black Political and Economic Empowerment
The FBA Power Plan is a strategic movement designed to convert Black political loyalty into real economic and policy gains. For decades, FBA voters have been the decisive factor in presidential elections, yet we have received little in return. That era is over.
Through strategic political engagement, economic mobilization, and coalition-building, we will leverage our collective power to secure tangible benefits for Foundational Black Americans (FBA). Our focus is clear: cash payment reparations, economic infrastructure, and legal protections.
This mission is not about political parties—it’s about power. If you do not deliver for FBA, we will not deliver our votes.

Core Mission Objectives
1. Lineage-Based Reparations
-
Secure direct cash payments to eligible Foundational Black Americans as compensation for chattel slavery, Jim Crow, and systemic wealth extraction.
-
Establish a federally protected economic infrastructure that ensures Black wealth is not eroded or redistributed away from FBA communities.
2. Legislation for Black Protections
-
Pass a federal anti-Black hate crime bill ensuring severe legal consequences for crimes specifically targeting FBA communities.
-
Reinstate the Freedmen’s Bureau & Freedmen’s Bank as a government-backed financial institution and economic development hub for FBA.
3. Political and Economic Leverage
-
Demand tangible benefits in exchange for Black votes—no more blind loyalty to political parties.
-
Establish FBA-controlled Political Action Committees (PACs) to fund candidates who support our demands and apply pressure on those who do not.
Strategic Transactional Partnerships:
How Other Groups/Voting Blocs Benefit.
We recognize that power is built through strategic quid pro quo transactional partnerships. The FBA Power Plan is designed not just to uplift Black Americans but to create a strategic agreement with other voting blocks based on mutual benefit, Quid Pro Quo with groups that have also been marginalized or deprived of economic opportunities.
-
DEI/Abortion Rights: Many women under age 55 relied on DEI policies for economic mobility and now find their job opportunities shrinking under new policies implemented by the Trump administration.
-
A large percentage of women under 55 who benefited from DEI policies were white women. Supporting FBA's demands can potentially reopen doors to affirmative action and DEI workplace protections.
-
The attack on abortion rights has disproportionately affected young and working-class women. Strategic alignment with FBA and voting for reparations and FBA demands can help restore bodily autonomy and economic protections for women nationwide.
-
-
Hispanic & Immigrant Communities: With mass deportations rising and immigration policies tightening, Hispanic voters must decide how relevant it is to have a coalition that can influence politicians to deliver immigration reform.
-
Supporting FBA’s reparations and economic empowerment plan lays the groundwork for immigration reform that includes clear, fair pathways to citizenship and work protections.
-
-
LGBTQ & Socially Progressive Voters: The rollback of civil rights protections is a warning that the fight for justice must be strategic.
-
Aligning with FBA ensures a coalition strong enough to challenge regressive policies and secure expanded protections.
-
-
Labor & Working-Class Americans: Rising costs of living, job outsourcing, and corporate greed are affecting all working-class Americans.
-
A fully empowered FBA economic base means more small businesses, more job creation, and stronger labor protections—all of which will uplift all working Americans.
-

This is About a Transaction, Not Emotion:
This is about using political leverage. If other groups support FBA demands and vote to deliver them, then once FBA begins to see tangible political success, we will support policies that benefit other groups (e.g., immigration reform, DEI).
If these groups do not support FBA’s demands and interests, then they will continue to see their own rights stripped away—just as we’ve seen with DEI repeals, abortion bans, and mass deportations.
We will support other groups and their interests once we see tangible political success for our community. Only after our demands are met will we stand in solidarity with other marginalized groups.
Exposing Political Funding:
Why PACs Are Critical
Case Study: Congressman James Clyburn & The Problem with Black Political Leadership
James Clyburn, a long-standing member of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) and a key figure in the Democratic Party, does not receive the majority of his funding from Black grassroots donors.
Instead, his campaign is funded by corporate PACs and lobbying groups, including:
-
PricewaterhouseCoopers - $15,500
-
American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) - $14,350
-
Truist Financial - $13,225
-
NCTA the Internet & Television Assn - $13,000
-
Wells Fargo - $12,028

Clyburn’s District: The Reality of Failed Leadership
Despite decades in office, Clyburn’s district has one of the highest rates of Black child poverty in the country.
How is it possible that one of the most powerful Black politicians in the U.S. presides over a district with some of the worst economic conditions for Black children?
The answer is simple: He is paid to prioritize corporate interests, not FBA interests.

Lesson for FBA: We Must Fund Our Own Candidates
-
Politicians who rely on corporate PACs and outside interests do not prioritize the needs of FBA voters.
-
FBA must fund its own candidates through Political Action Committees (PACs) to ensure elected officials are financially accountable to us, not outside interests.
-
If candidates do not deliver, they will be defunded and replaced.

We will hold our elected officials accountable through regular community engagement—attending town halls, demanding transparency at every level local, national and state, while utilizing our PACs to ensure that every promise made is a promise kept.

The FBA Political Shift: No More Blind Loyalty
Black Americans have historically given 80% of their votes to Democrats in exchange for empty promises. This political blind loyalty has resulted in:
-
No reparations
-
No anti-Black hate crime protections
-
No economic empowerment policies
-
Failed leadership like James Clyburn, who delivers nothing for his people
The FBA Power Plan changes that. We will fund our own political candidates and remove those who do not serve our interests.

Conclusion: The Power Shift Has Begun
The FBA Power Plan is about leveraging Black political and economic power to ensure our votes have tangible results. No more promises—only transactions.
The time to act is now. Together, we will reshape the future and ensure that the Black vote is no longer a pawn in political games but a decisive force for real, lasting change.
We will secure reparations, legal protections, and economic independence—not by asking, but by demanding and enforcing political accountability.
If you do not deliver for us, we will not deliver our votes.

This is not just a plan—it’s a movement. Every FBA vote, every dollar invested, and every candidate supported will contribute to reshaping the future. We are a force that cannot be ignored. And that force begins with you the FBA Grassroots and our strategic allies. Join In and take ownership of the movement today
STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
How It Can Be Done
The FBA Power Plan is designed to convert political engagement into real tangible economic and policy wins. To accomplish this, we must organize, apply pressure, and leverage both economic and political withdrawal when necessary. We must further understand that the FBA Power Plan is a marathon and not a sprint. This plan will require patience and vigilance.
This section lays out a baseline10 point plan for local, state, and national implementation, Political Action Committees as well as identifying defense tactics when faced with opposition.
Economic Leverage & Political Withdrawal: Applying Full-Court Pressure
Why This Matters:
FBA has immense economic power yet lacks a collective strategy to use it effectively. The ability to withhold our spending and votes is our greatest weapon.
✅ Strategies for Economic & Political Leverage:
🔹 Targeted Boycotts: Focus on corporations and industries that profit from FBA labor and spending but offer no political or economic reciprocity.
🔹 Political Retaliation: If a politician fails to deliver tangible policies for FBA, they must be removed from office through voter disengagement or opposition backing.
🔹 Strategic Voting: Ensure that FBA votes are conditional, not automatically given to any political party.
📌 Action Item: A coordinated economic withdrawal plan to pressure politicians, corporations, and institutions into aligning with FBA interests. Create a list of companies to boycott and politicians to withhold votes from if they refuse to meet our demands.
Political Action Committees (PACs) to Fund Pro-FBA Candidates
Why This Matters:
Politicians follow the money. FBA must fund its own candidates and stop allowing outsiders to dictate our political direction.
✅ Strategies to Build Political Capital:
🔹 Create FBA PACs: Fund candidates who publicly commit to passing reparations, an anti-Black hate crime bill, and the Freedmen’s Bureau. Candidates such as Gregg Marcel Dixon or Tamara Johnson-Shealey are examples of the type of candidates FBA PACs should support.
🔹 Defund Complicit Black Politicians: Many CBC (Congressional Black Caucus) members take money from outside interests, ignoring the needs of their Black constituents.
🔹 Monitor & Expose Political Funding: Identify which politicians are loyal to outside interests instead of their own communities (e.g., James Clyburn receives major funding from corporate banks and Israel PACs while his district suffers from Black child poverty).
📌 Action Item: Launch an FBA PAC funding initiative to support aligned politicians and expose corrupt Black leadership.
Legislation for Lineage-Based Reparations & Economic Infrastructure
Why This Matters:
Reparations must be legally protected and structured for multi-generational economic stability.
✅ Strategies for Economic Empowerment:
🔹 $20 - $25 trillion Reparation Payment Initiative
🔹 Direct Cash Reparations: Legally ensure that only FBA descendants receive compensation.
🔹 Freedmen’s Bureau & Bank: Provide interest-free business loans, land grants, and financial protections for FBA families.
🔹 Land Acquisition Programs: Establish community land trusts that cannot be seized or taxed out of Black ownership.
📌 Action Item: Demand a federal bill that legally mandates lineage-based reparations and prevents wealth extraction from Black communities.
Legislation for Black Protections (Anti-Black Hate Crime Bill)
Why This Matters:
There is no federal hate crime bill specifically protecting Black Americans, even though we are the most targeted.
✅ Strategies to Secure Legal Protections:
🔹 Federal Anti-Black Hate Crime Law: Any racial attack targeting FBA should be severely prosecuted under federal law.
🔹 Government Oversight on Racial Violence: Establish a federal watchdog unit that tracks and punishes local governments that fail to protect Black communities.
🔹 Stand Your Ground Expansion for FBA: Ensure legal protections for Black self-defense cases against racial attacks.
📌 Action Item: Push for a federal anti-Black hate crime bill that carries severe legal consequences for racial violence.
Local & National Strategy Implementation
Why This Matters: The FBA Power Plan is a Grassroots movement to be applied at both the local and national level
✅ Strategies for Local and National Implementation:
🔹 Local Organizing: FBA communities must form voter blocs and demand policy commitments from local officials before giving them political support.
🔹 State-Level Influence: Mobilize FBA voters to pressure state legislators to introduce bills supporting reparations, economic equity, and legal protections.
🔹 National Coordination: A unified voting strategy ensures FBA’s demands are placed at the forefront of presidential and congressional elections.
🔹 Reference Economic Empowerment models such as those authored by Dr. Claud Anderson
📌Action Item: Attend city council meetings, local town halls, and state legislative hearings to push for FBA-backed policies.
Strategic Transactional Partnerships for Policy Wins
Why This Matters: The FBA Power Plan is a transaction—if other voting blocs align with FBA’s three core demands of cash payment reparations, economic infrastructure, and legal protections, FBA will support their policies in return. This support exchange creates leverage.
✅ Strategies for Key Alliance Opportunities:
🔹 Women Under 55 (DEI & Abortion Rights): White women benefited the most from DEI and are losing economic protections due to policy rollbacks. Aligning with FBA helps them restore affirmative action & workplace protections.
🔹 Hispanic & Immigrant Communities: As mass deportations rise, Hispanic voters must secure immigration reform, and FBA political power can help.
🔹 Labor & Working-Class Americans: Rising living costs affect all workers. FBA’s economic strategy will create new jobs, businesses, and labor protections that help all Americans.
📌 Action Item: Create a strategic voting exchange plan with other communities who support FBA demands.
Educating & Mobilizing the Black Electorate
Why This Matters: The FBA community must understand and strategically use their voting power
✅ Strategies for Educating and Mobilizing the Black Electorate:
🔹 End Blind Loyalty to Political Parties: The Democratic Party cannot win the White House without the Black vote—we will use this leverage to demand real policy gains.
🔹 Voter Education Campaigns: Spread historical context and policy literacy so FBA voters never again settle for empty promises.
🔹 Utilize Independent Black Media & Social Networks: Bypass mainstream media propaganda and engage directly with the community through podcasts, social media, and grassroots organizing.
📌Action Item: Launch FBA voter education campaigns that break down how politicians have exploited Black votes while delivering nothing in return.
Media & Narrative Control: Combat Misinformation & Psychological Warfare
Why This Matters:
The mainstream media is used as a propaganda tool to discredit, divide, and manipulate the Black electorate.
✅ Strategies to Achieve Media Independence:
🔹 Independent Black-Owned Media Expansion: Support, fund, and build Black-owned media networks that focus on FBA-centered policies.
🔹 Counter COINTELPRO 2.0 Attacks: The government has historically used disinformation, agent provocateurs, and infiltrators to disrupt Black movements.
🔹 Social Media Strategy: Use targeted campaigns on platforms like X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to control the public discourse and counteract mainstream media bias.
📌 Action Item: Launch a digital media infrastructure that educates FBA on political literacy, history, and counterintelligence strategies.
Counter-Opposition Tactics: Anticipating Political Sabotage
Why This Matters:
Whenever Black movements gain momentum, the system tries to sabotage them through policy trickery and infiltration.
✅ Strategies to Neutralize Political Sabotage:
🔹 Prevent “Symbolic” Legislation: Politicians will attempt to replace reparations with weak alternatives (e.g., increased HBCU funding instead of direct cash payments).
🔹 Expose Fake Allies: Some Black politicians and influencers will be planted to disrupt FBA efforts—they must be identified and called out early.
🔹 Neutralize Divide & Conquer Strategies: The system will try to split FBA by using gender, class, or ideological divisions (e.g., the "Black men vs. Black women" narrative).
📌 Action Item: Create a Political Sabotage Tracker that monitors legislation, politicians, and media narratives that attempt to weaken FBA initiatives.
Legal Defense & Protection Against Political Retaliation
Why This Matters:
When Black people organize effectively, the system responds with political, economic, and legal retaliation.
✅ Strategies to Protect FBA Leadership & Activists:
🔹 FBA Legal Defense Fund: Establish a national legal network to protect Black activists, political organizers, and whistleblowers from wrongful legal action.
🔹 Political Whistleblower Network: Create a system that tracks and exposes political retaliation against FBA leaders.
🔹 Economic Defense: Ensure that Black business owners and professionals involved in FBA activism are protected from economic sabotage (e.g., banks denying loans, employers targeting FBA supporters).
🔹 Self Defense: Learn and Practice Self Defense tactics. Become a legal firearm owner, learn firearms safety. Join with a chapter of the naaga.co and work with Black Gun Clubs.
📌 Action Item: Build a legal defense fund that provides resources for wrongfully targeted FBA activists and political leaders.
Summary: The FBA Power Plan is Yours to Own
Who Are the Authors?
The FBA Power Plan is authored by members of the grassroots Foundational Black American (FBA) community. However, who we are individually is irrelevant—what matters is the strategy, the plan, and its execution.
Who are the leaders of the FBA Power Plan? Anyone who follows, implements, and spreads this plan. This movement is not about one person or group. It is about a blueprint for power, economic upliftment, and justice. This is your plan.
What Does America Gain?
If the $25 trillion reparations plan and all identified FBA demands are fulfilled, the entire country benefits over the next 30 years through:
✅ Massive Economic Stimulus – Injecting wealth into Black America strengthens the national economy, creating millions of new businesses, jobs, and industries.
✅ Debt Reduction & Wealth Expansion – Eliminating historic racial wealth gaps will reduce reliance on government assistance and increase homeownership, investments, and financial independence.
✅ Political & Economic Stability – Addressing the core injustices of America’s past will strengthen democracy, reduce racial tensions, and create more equitable economic opportunities for all.
✅ Stronger Alliances & Coalitions – Other groups who support the FBA Power Plan stand to gain strategic leverage for their own economic and political concerns, from immigration reform to DEI reinstatement to labor protections.
A Psychological Mindset for Success
The goal of this plan is not to argue with the opposition, nor is it to convince those who have always resisted progress. This is about execution.
At every major turning point in history, those in power claimed progress was "impossible":
-
Ending Chattel Slavery? "It will never happen."
-
Ending Jim Crow & Passing Civil Rights? "It will never happen."
-
Reparations & Economic Justice for FBA? "It will never happen."
And yet, history proves otherwise. Those who organized, strategized, and acted—won.
When FBA unites as a community, our collective power becomes unstoppable. This is not just one voice—it’s a chorus of millions demanding economic justice and empowerment.
This time will be no different. The opposition does not determine success—our execution does.
This movement is led by the people, for the people. It is decentralized, with no one individual or group owning it. It’s yours to shape.
No Donations—Just Action
Unlike traditional political organizations, the FBA Power Plan is not asking for money. We are asking you to spread this plan, educate others, and execute the strategy.

This plan belongs to you. This is your moment to make history.
Imagine a future where FBA communities are thriving—where economic independence, justice, and equality are no longer dreams, but realities. This is the future we’re building, together.
We hold ourselves accountable to the principles of the FBA Power Plan. Every action—or inaction—will either bring us closer to or further from that future.
The FBA Power Plan is not just a vision—it’s a call to action. Your commitment, or lack thereof, will determine the future.
